FTM INTERACTIVE: Our basic service. A mix of our band's blues performance
and audience (in which your people write and sing their original blues songs about company-specific issues.) This service includes one custom blues song about your organization that we will write and perform. Approximately 2 and 1/2 hours

ROCK THE HOUSE
We can help you drive your meeting's message, with an incredibly powerful communication tool — music. We can add depth, dimension and impact to the themes you want to communicate with a smokin' hot band. We're talkin' a house band, ala David Letterman or the Tonight Show. FTM will put together a customized band (in your requested style(s)) and a program that will connect with the audience to communicate in a way that will be powerful and memorable.

DEEPER BLUE: Taking a half or full day to take a deeper cut at your organization's blues issues, crafting the songs and performances in breakout sessions with FTM's coaches, and a gala performance of the songs at the end of the day. In the breakout sessions participants look at how to take ownership for their own blues and brainstorm actions in their sphere of influence that will positively impact the blues situations.

FTM PERFORMANCE: Your group sits back and appreciates Face the Music'
mix of classic and corporate parody blues songs. (The audience does not write and sing anything). FTM's play list for the event will be a mix of our existing songs award ceremonies and other company presentations.

CUSTOM BLUES ROAST: Have songwriters, will travel. After learning about your company's specific blues, we will write and perform a set of parody songs "roasting" selected individuals, teams, departments or processes. Fear not, we will also give you the chance to preview all our songs before we finalize them. The Custom Blues Roast is deal for award ceremonies or it can happen at various intervals throughout your event.

BEYOND THE BLUES: An intervention that helps ensure your people won't be singing the same blues next year. Simply put, Beyond the Blues is a facilitated consulting intervention that uses the blues as a starting point to taking action to change those blues. It enables conference attendees to brainstorm ways of resolving their various business challenges and get into action around making a difference. Can be done as a full group or in concurrent sessions.

CD or NOT CD: There are three kinds of CD "takeaways" you can give conference attendees to keep the spirit of a Face the Music session alive:
- PERFECT FIT (custom songs we write for your event;
- HYBRID (a mix of your custom songs and existing FTM songs;
- FACE THE MUSIC ORIGINALS (our mix of innovative, business parody blues songs).

DANCE BANDWIDTH and RECEPTION MUSIC: We can liven up your cocktail hour with some soulful blues AND we can play some awesome, kick-out-the-jams, party-to-you-drop music to end your evening.
